My Favorite Song

I don't give a damn what other people think! What do you think about that?

I heard it through the grapevine
My new neighbor don't like my big red barn
A '47 Ford, bullet holes in the door
Broke down motor in the front yard
I got half a mind to paint a plywood sign
And nail it up on a notty pine tree
Saying I was here first
This is my piece of dirt
And your rambling don't rattle me

Some people care about what other people think
Worry about what they say
Let a little gossip
Coming from a loose lip ruin a perfect day
Say, blah, blah, blah, just a jacking their jaws
Got a letta roll off-a my back
I don't give a dern what other people think
What do ya think about that

I wear what I want to, overalls work boots
Crank my music up loud
Like to sling a little mud in my four wheel drive
Trek it all into town

Shot a little eight ball down at the pool hall
Drink a beer with my friends
Now don't judge me and I won't judge you
Cause we all get judged in the end

Some people care about what other people think
Worry about what they say
Let a little gossip
Coming from a loose lip ruin a perfect day
Say, blah, blah, blah, just a jacking their jaws
Got a letta roll offa my back
I don't give a dern what other people think
What do ya think about that

Some people care about what other people think
Worry about what they say
Let a little gossip
Coming from a loose lip ruin a perfect day
Say, blah, blah, blah, just a jacking their jaws
Got a letta roll offa my back
I don't give a dern what other people think
What do ya think about that

Say, I don't give a damn what other people think
What do ya think about that
What do ya think about that

Cumberland Valley Strike

Cumberland Valley school teachers say they will go on strike Thursday and the district says all classes will be canceled.
Teachers and the Cumberland Valley district haven't been able to close a $1 million gap between pay raises the teachers are seeking and the amount the board is offering.
School Board President John Jordan says the district offered a four-year contract with average annual raises of 4 1/2 percent. That's up from just over 4 percent in its previous offer.
But teachers union president Jay Foerster says he called the strike Monday night because the school board's offer called for reducing money marked for raises by $600,000. State officials will determine how long the strike can last.

Nerds' put on a show

West Perry High School will present Cynthia Mercati's "When the Nerds Bit Beverly Hills," a comedy of the struggles Count Cosmo Dracula and his family face when they move to Beverly Hills and try to open a summer camp.
Between their unusual camp course of explosives, creature-making and brain surgery, and a trio of nerds arriving as their only campers, their camp is off to a slow start. When snobbish Sybil, her cheerleading proteges and their fraternity friends show up vowing to close down the camp and have the Draculas and their nerd campers thrown out of Beverly Hills, the camp appears to be doomed.
However, the nerds decide to stay and fight back with some unconventional "nerdy" tactics. The war between the nerds and the snobs is on.
Performances will take place Thursday and Friday, Feb. 28 and 29, and Saturday, March 1, in the West Perry High School auditorium. Show time for all three nights is 7 with doors opening at 6:30
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students with id and will be available at the door.

Tracking Code

There are a lot of people that use these tracking codes from google.
Don't Know Why?

Fat Tuesday

Yeah for Fat Tuesday.
Go eat some donuts.
Do you know what a Fastnacht is? Well its a donut. Here is a definition and some meaning.

Fasnachts, Fastnachts or Faschnachts are a fatty doughnut treat served traditionally on Fastnacht Day, the day before Lent starts. Fasnachts were produced as a way to empty the pantry of lard, sugar, fat and butter, which were forbidden during Lent. Some English-speaking Protestants tend to refer to the day as Shrove Tuesday, and many consume pancakes as an alternative.

The German word Fasnacht literally translates as "chamfering night". Authentic fasnachts are typically cut into squares or rectangles, producing a chamfered edge, as opposed to doughnuts which are round with holes in the center.

Basel, Switzerland conducts a fasnacht festival annually. The Pennsylvania Dutch territory surrounding Lancaster, Pennsylvania celebrates the custom, although it is largely unheard-of in Philadelphia, which is commuting distance away. Most chain supermarkets offer fasnachts, although WalMart offers Pączki instead. The pączki is traditionally eaten in Poland on the Thursday prior to Fasnacht Day, although in Polish communities of the US, the celebration is more commonly on Fasnacht Day. Commonly pączki are round, rather than having straight sides, and they are filled with jelly, or sometimes creme filling.

In parts of Maryland, the treats are called Kinklings, and is only sold in bakeries on Shrove Tuesday. The German version is made from a yeast dough, deep fried, and coated or dusted in sugar or cinnamon sugar; they may be plain, or filled with fruit jam. Pennsylvania Dutch fasnachts are often made from potato dough, and may be uncoated, or powdered with table sugar or dusted with confectioner's sugar.

The term now is synonymous with the Carnival season in southern Germany, Switzerland, Alsass and Austria. Although usually written "Fastnacht", there are many local spoken varieties: Fasnacht, Fassenacht, Fasnet etc.

Many churches in Pennsylvania feature Fastnacht sales as a fundraiser. The Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Columbia made 84,000 fasnacht in 2008 at $4.50/dozen, and was turning away potential customers; St. Cecilia Church in Lebanon earned $24,000 in 2006 by turning 3 tons of sugar, 720 pounds of margarine, 1,000 gallons of milk and more than 1,000 eggs into fasnachts.

Delays and Closings

Okay.
Today all of Perry County schools were delayed. Except West Perry Schools.
What the heck. When we delay no one else does, but when the other schools do West Perry doesn't.
I think the West Perry District needs to get there act together.

September 11 Not a Accident!!!!!!!!!!

The twin towers had explosives planted in the building.
They explosive were in the server room.
They used the computer's signal to pin point the area of entrance.
In the pentagon they used a computer signal also to pin point a location.
The people who planed these attacks must be really intelligent.
My theory is that there is a lot of Americans helping out the terrorist in Iraq.
Look at the building!!! See the plan followed the signal.

The person who was suspended for using firefox. Well he was suspended again for posting the suspension slip on the web. The suspension was 3 days out of school. (Which i Guess the student didn't care because he ended up playing Guitar Hero the whole suspension.)Instead of the the last one wich was 2 hours at the School. Well i guess the school had to blame someone for having the slip go all over the web. Thanks to some other people who copyied his post and it went world wide.
